There are many reasons that a Treatment Pathway Step will not execute.

Pathways Step Problems

Obsolete Pathways Step

There are 2 Pathways Step types that are obsolete. If the Step is set to one of these, the step may not execute. For additional information, check out Treatment Pathways - Step Type and Use Object or Package

No Next Appointment or Procedure Appointment Selected

When a Pathways Step is set to execute either before or after the Next Appointment or Procedure Appointment, the step will not execute if there is no appointment selected in those pull-downs.
